Ever since the scattering of the people at Babel, Satan has worked feverishly to regather the whole world back under his earthly rule, as it was when all of the earth was one people. History bears witness to the same spirit constantly being revived and working through the most powerful dictators, kings, and nations to conquer, consolidate, and rule the whole world. It presents itself as a noble aspiration for the benefit of civilization.

One generation passes, and Satan and his armies of devils move to the next. It is always the same totalitarian spirit regardless of what costume it comes in; names and agendas are mere nuances of the same spirit seeking rule over all of the earth.

Satan knows this can happen if mankind completely succumbs to a beastly nature; thus, he attacks the weaknesses of the flesh. The Spirit of God is an impenetrable barrier he cannot break, and therefore he seeks the destruction of all those who seek the Lord.

The Bible states unequivocally that we are beasts. King Solomon declared, “I said in mine heart concerning the estate of the sons of men that God might manifest them and that they might see that they themselves are beasts.” (Ecclesiastes 3:18).

Out of all the terrestrial creatures God made, man is the greatest; nonetheless, we live and die like sophisticated animals—only our conscience separates us, if we can keep it.

Advancements in modern technology will not benefit humanity if mankind is a beast at heart; they will hasten the deprivation of the soul and augment the destruction of civilization.

When mankind is given over to the beast, all knowledge, power, and intellect will be used to serve the beast, and the nature of the beast is to devour. “Arise and devour much flesh! ” (Daniel 7:5).

Revelation 13 says the Beast will make war with the saints and overcome them, and he will have power over all people, tongues, and nations for a short time.

Chapter 2 of Daniel speaks of this kingdom that subdues all nations. Having feet made partly of iron mixed with miry clay, the kingdom is partly strong and partly weak. They mingle themselves with the seed of men, but they do not cleave to each other, even as iron is not mixed with clay.

“Mingle themselves with the seed of men”—mixing nations into one multicultural world-state consisting of incompatible cultures is akin to forging iron and clay together. Daniel prophesies that the attempt to consolidate all the different cultures and people fails because diverse cultures and customs lack cohesion; they do not adhere to one another.

Erasing borders and mingling conflicting cultures through craft is an intentional attempt to undo what God did at Babel when he divided the nations. Satan is using his agents on earth in an attempt to resurrect a neo-Babel under the authority of a technologically controlled global system. The world they imagine to rule will crumble in pieces like iron mixed with clay when hit with a sledgehammer. Chaos and destruction will ensue on a global scale.

The majority of those who hold power and influence in the world today seek to establish a central global authority to rule and engineer all of civilization. They believe it will bring peace and unity.

They despise freedom and individual rights, seeing them as barriers to a collective global society. They seek to erase the reality of God from modern civilization; they think to make themselves like unto Him—it is a Luciferian-inspired attempt at the assassination of God. Thus, they seek to eliminate those who are faithful witnesses of his glory, power, and authority.

Christ came to destroy sin in the flesh so that the soul might live forever. The Antichrist is Satan’s answer to Christ. He comes to destroy the soul so that the flesh may live until both body and soul die forever—mankind living solely as a beast void of God until death returns them to the dust.
